Ingredients

  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/4 chopped onion
  • 1/4 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 chopped tomato
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Egg Whites : In a bowl, beat the egg whites until well mixed.
  2. Heat the Pan : Heat the olive oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the Vegetables : Add the chopped onion and red pepper to the pan and sauté for a few minutes, until soft.
  4. Add Spinach and Tomatoes : Add the chopped spinach and tomatoes to the pan and sauté for a few more minutes, until the spinach wilts.
  5. Add the Egg Whites : Pour the beaten egg whites over the vegetables in the skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cooking the Omelet : Cook the omelette over medium-low heat for about 3-4 minutes, or until the whites are set.
  7. Flip the Omelette : Carefully flip the omelette to cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
  8. Serve : Remove the omelet from the heat and serve hot.

Presentation Tip
