Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 300 ml of milk
  • 80g of Validus vanilla whey protein
  • 80g oat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon stevia

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough : In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients well: eggs, milk, vanilla whey protein, oat flour, cinnamon, vanilla extract and stevia. You can use a mixer or mix by hand until you get a homogeneous dough.
  2. Heat the Pan : Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil to replace the butter, as it is a heart-healthy oil.
  3. Bake the Pancakes : Pour a portion of the batter into the hot skillet, forming a pancake. Cook until the edges begin to set and small bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
